At Averalle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Products should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Return

1. Contact our customer service at contact@averalle.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

• Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

4. Exchanges

• At this time, we process exchanges as a return + new purchase.

• Please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. The 7-day period applies specifically to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The standard return period remains 30 days from delivery.
